Orders placed during our early access Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales will have an extended holiday return policy until January 31st, 2024.

Please note that if the order is marked "FINAL SALE" that item is not eligible for return or exchange.

What if I need my order fast?

For any last minute holiday shopping, we are happy to offer an expedited shipping option to ensure your delivery arrives on time.

We are happy to offer $25 for expedited shipping beginning December 1 to make sure you get your order in time for the holidays 

We also offer select styles with our Buy With Prime program, just look for the buy with prime badge and checkout using the blue buy with prime button. Your order will arrive to you at Amazon prime shipping speed!

What do I do if there is an issue with my order?

If there are any issues with your order please contact us at customerservice@botkier.com so that we can work to find a solution for you. 

As the holidays get closer, we anticipate a high volume of email inquiries. We will respond to each and every customer in the order that requests are received - please be patient with us as we work to get this done as quickly as possible. We will be sure to get back to you within 3-5 business days.
